In 2015 Avinode initiated a project to evaluate the payment flow in business aviation, with the goal of understanding the current hurdles involved. Customer input indicated that the current payment process is a true and significant pain point in the industry. Avinode made the decision to enter the payment space with the intention to build and launch the first-ever payment platform specifically targeted at the business aviation market: PayNode – the next logical evolution in the Avinode story.

As a Customer Success Manager you will be the tenth member of the PayNode family and be responsible for moving Avinode clients to PayNode’s payment service, meaning you will work with current clients and strengthen existing relationships. You might think your job is done when the client is on onboard, but that’s when the real work begins. That’s when you help the clients transform the way they work, help them start using the payment service on a regular basis and make sure they’re experiencing the best customer service possible. If you like the thought of being both a hunter and a farmer this might be the right challenge for you. During the first two months, you will complete an onboarding phase and have the opportunity train with Anna. Everything will be arranged to make sure that you get off to the best start possible. After that… the sky is the limit.
This position requires an IHM Business School education within B2B or equivalent. To succeed in this role it helps to have a couple of years of experience in the B2B field or in sales support. Because we work in a global environment and our clients are located all around Europe, it’s important that you are fluent in English, both spoken and written. If you have prior work experience with or knowledge about FinTech that’s a huge plus for us. As a person you are positive and a problem-solving team player. You enjoy working in a change- and growth-oriented entrepreneurial environment. You are responsible, self-driven and comfortable with taking your own initiatives.
